Roscoe is a 12-year-old Shih Tzu who recently came into our care, and we’re giving him the time, love, and medical support he needs to start fresh. While we’re still getting to know him, we can already tell this little guy has been through a lot.
He’s understandably scared and unsure, and he’s shown some aggression in the
beginning, likely out of fear and confusion. For that reason, we believe Roscoe would do best in a calm, experienced home without small children. We’re hopeful that with time, patience and love, he’ll come out of his shell and learn to trust again.
