Phil is a tiny boy with a big heart! Recently arrived from a Virginia rescue that is closing, this 11-year-old, seven-pound Chihuahua is full of love and gentle charm. Though we don’t know much about his past, Phil has already shown us what a sweet and quiet companion he is.

He’s neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and ready to find a calm, loving home where he can feel safe and adored. Whether you’re looking to foster or adopt, Phil would love nothing more than to curl up next to his person and just be loved.
